Žarko Jovanović is born in Podgorica, Montenegro on 25.09.1981. Before his business results he is very proud on his wife Ivana and their two beautiful kids Danilo and Mia.
Even before finishing Building University, he knows that business, management, sales will be his life passion, so in very early twenties he started with his business activities.
Very early he joined family company and even after few years became director of development very famous Supermarket chain in that moment. Opening of the Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Restaurants became routine for many years. Managing a team of 350 employees was a pleasure.
Developing himself on the daily base was always indeed. That is reason why he use 3 languages in daily communication and why he passed enormous number of sales courses and trainings.
While everyone listens during morning jogging some music, he prefers to listen audio books and speeches from Brian Tracy, Robert Kiyosaki, Tony Robbins.
Decision to leave family company and join his second family Es System K Company was made in 2015. and realized on the first day of 2016. exactly the same day when his son Danilo was born – obviously happy date for him. He was sure that this was dream and big step forward in his career.
Motivation, he found into words of his father – “The pace of changes observed nowadays may seem unbelievable, but it’s perfectly natural environment for me as I am keen on running twice as fast as the others do. What fascinates me the most in my work is building rapport with people and making common effort in achieving our goal.”

Now, after 7 years spent at Es System K Company, as a sales director for Balkan, Middle East and Africa Region, after enormous number of projects made in more than 40 countries around all this countries receiving reward Business Elites 40 under 40 is a the crown of his career so far and the wind at his back for all new victories and successes.
