Whitney Frost, MA, MHA, NCC, LPC, C-DBT, PMH-C, is the Founder and Clinical Director of The Rylie Center for Hope and Healing, Colorado’s largest perinatal health collective and the first wrap-around perinatal wellness model of its kind in the United States. A compassionate leader and dedicated advocate, Whitney holds master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, blending extensive clinical expertise with years of experience in healthcare leadership, program development, and mental health and policy reform at the local, state, and federal levels.
At The Rylie Center, Whitney oversees innovative, equitable, and accessible therapeutic and clinical programs designed to improve mental and physical health outcomes for perinatal and postpartum families. Her work emphasizes client-centered care, comprehensive clinical supervision, and strong community partnerships—including collaborations with local and national nonprofits to ensure cost is never a barrier to receiving high-quality support.
A trailblazer in the maternal mental health field, Whitney’s leadership is fueled by both professional dedication and personal experience. After navigating her own battle with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, she committed herself to transforming care for women and birthing people, determined to eliminate the gaps in accessibility that she once faced.
Beyond her role as an award winning clinician and administrator, Whitney is a mother of two, a best selling author, and a vocal advocate for women’s health and policy change in the U.S. She remains driven by a deep passion for service, a belief in community impact, policy change, and the awareness that her daughters are watching her build a more equitable future for families everywhere.
