Trevor Fandale has built an impressive career in finance and business management, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and executive leadership. His journey began at HP, where he served as a Finance/Account Business Manager, overseeing financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, and accounting for contracts with over $1.2 billion in annual revenue. He led a team of financial analysts and led financial planning and reporting for a $200 million business. His leadership at HP was instrumental in operational improvements and enhancing overall efficiency.
Trevor went on to become the Director of Finance and Administration at Polyplastics, where he took on the responsibility of leading finance teams across North and South America. Reporting directly to the President/COO, he developed financial strategies that saved the company an impressive $7 million. Furthermore, his meticulous due diligence enabled him to play a crucial role throughout both an acquisition and a merger.
Following his career at Polyplastics, Trevor advanced to the position of CFO at Pinnacle MEP. In this role, he oversaw critical functions such as M&A, tax planning, valuations, post-merger integration, and back-office operations.
Trevor took the next step in his career when he assumed the role of President of Win3. He managed budgets, led department heads and staff, and collaborated with the sales team to enhance profitability and growth.

He is a seasoned executive with expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, operations, business development, and team management.
