Through her firm, Stephanie serves as a fractional CFO for several national and multinational organizations across a range of industries. She partners closely with executive teams to build resilient financial foundations that support organizational missions, improve operational clarity, and enable confident, informed decision-making at every stage of growth.
Stephanie’s professional journey is grounded in an education-first mindset and an unwavering commitment to lifelong learning. While balancing full-time work and motherhood, she completed her Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, earned a Master of Business Administration, and achieved her Chartered Professional Accountant designation. During this period, Stephanie was inspired by a desire to create a more equitable and opportunity-rich world for her children—one in which strong, values-driven leadership and financial literacy open doors for future generations.
Today, Stephanie leads a firm dedicated to supporting Canada’s small businesses, start-ups, and not-for-profit organizations by strengthening financial infrastructure, building scalable systems, and mentoring leaders to understand and confidently use their financial information. Her education-focused approach empowers clients not only to meet immediate operational needs but also to plan strategically for long-term sustainability and impact.
Stephanie’s commitment to service extends beyond her professional work. She serves as Treasurer for the Camp Grafton Society, a British Columbia not-for-profit providing summer camp experiences for children, and volunteers with the West Kelowna Baseball League to help make youth sports more accessible through fundraising and cost-reduction initiatives. Stephanie lives in Kelowna, British Columbia, with her husband and children, Emma and Max.
