Siobhan Mondesire is a versatile marketing leader, currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at Loopio, a Canadian-founded RFP software company, and co-owner of Archie’s Entertainment, a family entertainment centre she co-founded in the Comox Valley.
Her 16-year career in B2C and B2B marketing is defined by purpose-driven leadership and resilience. She navigated a cancer diagnosis while leading at a high level, and earned the BPTN Award for Black Marketer of the Year mid-treatment, which reinforced her advocacy for living without reservation.
Her professional accomplishments are extensive, often combining her passion for marketing and mentorship. After successfully helping to scale Vena Solutions from $30M to $100M in ARR in under four years, she transitioned to Loopio for her next executive leadership challenge.
In her current role at Loopio, she was recruited to lead the revenue growth engine, accountable for driving 70% of new business pipeline. She reimagined the end-to-end marketing strategy, driving significant results in her first year. She orchestrated a brand identity transformation, demonstrated exceptional efficiency, and orchestrated a multi-timezone global hybrid event.
Beyond professional accomplishments, Siobhan is deeply committed to mentorship and community. She founded Melanite, the first Black Employee Resource Group at Vena, and partnered with BlackMINT to host career readiness workshops for Black high school students. She also mentors and coaches young women and new mothers on transitioning into the tech industry, helping them find harmony with their professional aspirations, family life, and showing up authentically. She uses her success as a resource to uplift and inspire the next generation of leaders, promoting an empathetic and growth-oriented mentality.
