ROXANA LUCA

Founder & Managing Director, TheABC.ro | Entrepreneur, Event Industry Professional & Event Safety Advocate

Driven by the belief that success is measured not only by what we build, but by the standards we uphold, the people we develop, and the positive impact we leave behind, Roxana Luca is an entrepreneur, international events professional, and mentor. In 2011, she founded The ABC with a simple ambition: to build the kind of company she believed clients, partners, and teams deserved, one rooted in integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering solutions rather than excuses.
Over the past 15 years, that vision has grown into an international business operating across three interconnected areas: event production, promotional solutions, and education. Through these activities, Roxana has helped organisations across Europe strengthen businesses and brands, engage audiences, and create meaningful experiences, while building a reputation for turning complex challenges into practical solutions.
Specialising in event operations, crowd safety, site design, stakeholder management, and strategic project delivery, she has contributed to major festivals, conferences, corporate events, and large-scale public gatherings. Her commitment to raising professional standards has also contributed to industry-recognized initiatives, including Event Safety Award at the Eurosonic Festival Awards for site design and crowd safety planning.
Beyond her entrepreneurial work, Roxana actively supports the development of the events industry through mentoring, conference contributions, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and volunteer efforts focused on leadership, professional growth, and event safety. She is passionate about helping the next generation of professionals build careers grounded in competence, character, and continuous learning.
Whether through business, events, or education, her work is guided by a commitment to creating lasting value for clients, communities, and the industries she serves.
