Roxana Coclea represents the voice of a young female entrepreneur who wants to make the world a better, safer and cleaner environment for all of us.
Since middle school & highschool, she got noticed as a leader, top of her class, trying to put some order in the laws of education and to understand better the hopes and dreams of her colleagues by participating in various projects.
Trying to find justice for herself and for the world around her, Roxana attended The University of Law in Bucharest. Passionate about networking, people and diplomatic affairs, she also studied for one year, in a multi-cultural exchange with the courtesy of the University in Sorbona & a Master’s Programme in The International Law of the European Union.
Following the motto “Everything happens for a reason”, Roxana accepted the opportunity to work in a Big Four company, in the legal field, but it always felt like the freedom and flexibility of an entrepreneur are a much more attractive desire for her.
As a fresh graduate who was in need of resources to start her own business, she managed to access European Funds and build her cleaning services firm. After many struggle and attempts to succeed in the Romanian business environment, the firm is now on a promising ascendent trend for 2 years, growing her family at about 50 employees.
In the pursuit of happiness and personal growth she is now studying again, this time, Psychology at one of the best Universities in Bucharest, considering that understanding people needs is the key to success.
