Rob Keyes is the Editorial, Brand, and PR Director for ScreenRant, North America’s second most visited entertainment outlet. The website began as a passion project before growing into a leading independent digital publication that was acquired by Canadian-based Valnet, a global digital publishing and media investment company.
Rob is the longest-serving original member and builder of ScreenRant, the flagship property of the Valnet network, and founded and launched the company’s leading gaming publication, Game Rant, and also helped create ScreenRant’s podcasts, original video series, and events circuit. Rob has hired and launched the careers of hundreds of reporters, editors, and business leaders in entertainment.
Rob Keyes graduated with the University of Guelph with a Masters Degree in Economics, specializing and finance, with minors in marketing and computer programming. He’s an Adjudicator and Judge for the Canadian Videogame Awards and The Game Awards.
Rob Keyes has consulted on video game development, visited the sets of Marvel’s Avengers films, explored the world with National Geographic, set lap records driving cars from the Fast & Furious film franchise, and flew a stunt plane from Top Gun: Maverick.
