Rahul Mandal is a management consultant with a decade of experience in strategy consulting and corporate development across public and private sectors. Currently, he serves as the Strategy & Transformation Lead at Group Amana, a leading construction and contracting firm in the region, drawing on his blend of consulting and industry experience to support large-scale strategy & transformation initiatives. Rahul has had the privilege of managing relationships with C-suite stakeholders and collaborating with MBB firms as part of his broader client-side engagements.
He has worked alongside several Fortune 500 companies on strategic initiatives across multiple geographies. His consulting engagements include supporting large-scale strategy and transformation projects, focusing on entry and growth strategy formulations and feasibility assessments for clients in the Healthcare, Construction, Metals and Mining, Packaging, Real Estate, and Aerospace & Defence sectors.
Additionally, he has had the opportunity to work with one of the local government authorities in the UAE and advise on topics such as Foreign Direct investment (FDI) attraction and the development of Special Economic Zones (SEZs).
Rahul is passionate about organisational transformation and delivering sustainable value creation to achieve measurable outcomes.
He is also an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad.
