Based on her passion for employee experience, employer brand, corporate culture, FOW and internal communication Pınar founded 4C1H of Employee Experience in 2016. 4C1H is a Consultancy and Agency that focuses on building and improving corporate, scaleup and startup cultures. It focuses on people’s and companies’ stories via content, design, production and digital solutions. 4C1H touches the employee’s sense and make the employees take action.
4C1H exists to understand the story of the people who make up the brand culture, to discover their stories and to add value to them.
The phrase “Respica te, Hominem te Memento” (Remember You Are Only a Human) which she got a tattoo during her first year in career has become her philosophy of life. Having graduated from Marmara University, Public Administration and Political Science in French, Pınar worked in the fields of HR, Internal Communication and Marketing at L’Oreal, Koç Holding, L’Occitane, KoçSistem and Domino’s. After her experience in the corporate life, she wanted to involve with the creative processes so she joined a creative agency, as Project Manager and then Customer Relations Director.
She loves working on human stories with the help of her education in Gestalt theory.
