Rohan Roger is a young technology and engineering professional who has quickly risen to the top of his field. With a passion for creative problem solving, Rohan Roger has held engagements helping enterprise technology, engineering, Big-4 and Fortune-100 firms and governments across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions realize sustainable, profit-reclaiming, and positive social impact outcomes.
Today, Rohan is CTO at Synoptek to a portfolio of mid-market businesses. He provides technology leadership and governance including business applications, managed services, data insights and AI, regulatory compliance, and technology oversight to organizations in the engineering, wealth management, government, life sciences, insurance, legal, and non-profit spaces. Rohan read Applied Engineering Physics, Mathematics, and Management at University in New England. Among his many passion ventures, Rohan has used technology to address consent and sexual violence in India and Pakistan, a venture seeded by the Davis Foundation for Peace and started a firm that provides accessible education to millions. A rising leader in North America, his contributions have earned him distinctions such as Technology Executive of the Year, Maverick of the Year, Thought Leadership of the year, numerous speakership appointments, and membership of Forbes Technology Council.
