Ottavio Maria Campigli is a Senior Equity Partner & Founder of W Executive, which encompasses the brands WeHunt and W Advisory. Since its founding in January 2022, the company has achieved remarkable success, generating 18 million euros in revenue by 2023, thanks to the dedication of 400 employees across Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK.
With over 15 years of experience in HR consulting, Ottavio has previously served as a Partner at Badenoch & Clark. He is a key advisor for investment funds and companies in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation. His passion for his work drives him to be a reliable headhunter and a trusted advisor for his team, as well as for companies and professionals involved in recruitment projects.
In addition to his role at W Executive, Ottavio is an HR Advisor & Shareholder at Moonstone Investment Fund, a Mentor at Endeavor, and a Mentor at Mentors4u. In 2020, he was nominated the Topic Leader for People & Organization at the Bocconi Alumni Community and led discussions on HR strategies among C-level professionals and Alumni.
Ottavio holds a degree in Management from Bocconi University. His academic journey includes studies at the University of Wisconsin and Peking University, and he completed his Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi with honors.
