Co-Founder and CEO of Devista Consulting, Odai graduated from Polytechnic University of Bucharest with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Master’s degree in Management of Digital Enterprises.
For the past 10 years Odai took several key leading roles in the development of complex software products for large international enterprises.
In 2020 Odai left his job at a leading multinational company to fulfil his entrepreneurial ambition. He wanted to blend his passion for technology and management with the experience he gained over the years and create something bigger and more meaningful and thus, Devista was born.
Devista is a company that provides professional Software Consulting and Development Services for businesses willing to take on the journey of digital transformation. Odai’s strive for greatness is what helped him create, organize, and orchestrate a team with great growth potential and the results speak for themselves. Devista managed to triple its team and revenue from 2021 in the first two quarters of 2022. Odai is also the CTO of TOBC. TOBC is an evangelist of Benefits 2.0 for employees, digital communities, and digital nomads. TOBC is launching their first benefit product, Travel To Desk, an all in one platform for all the digital and corporate users, platform that supports and develops the new way of working & travelling.
