As a first-generation entrepreneur, Nicki Bond has managed to establish a successful learning and organizational development consulting firm. She is the owner and chief executive officer of Life Strategist Consulting Group LLC. She serves as a consultant and trainer to local, state, and federal organizations and companies by helping them to identify their organizational problems/needs and providing them with strategist recommendations and training that will pivot them to success. Some pervious clients include Meridian International Center, U.S. Department of State’s International Visitors Leadership Program, and USA Test Prep.
Her love and passion for learning and education extends beyond her business. Nicki is an adjunct professor in Criminal Justice at Millikin University and in Human Services at Purdue University Global. Nicki is a sought out international public speaker who has graced platforms as a keynote speaker, presenter, and panelist such as the University of Ghana-Accra City Campus and Purdue University’s Education Conference.
Nicki holds a BS in Journalism from Southern Illinois University and a MS in Leadership and Organizational Management from Capella University. Lastly, she holds a Master’s Degree in Law and Legal Studies in International Business Law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
