With over ten years of experience as a Safety Professional at the City of Edmonton, she has dedicated her career to making public spaces safer and operations more efficient. Her work in public service laid the foundation for a broader mission: building systems that work and empowering people along the way.
Today, Narinderjit is the Founder & Director of Freight Brokerage at Navy Freight Solution, where she helps connect shippers with reliable carriers across North America. Her goal? To make freight transportation smoother, more transparent, and stress-free.
But logistics is just one part of her story. As the Co-Founder of Edmonton Fashion Week (EFW), she’s helping shape the city’s creative landscape—giving emerging designers, models, and fashion professionals the visibility they deserve.
She’s also the heart behind the Pageant Voices Alliance (PVA)—a global initiative she founded to bring mentorship, advocacy, and purpose to the world of pageantry. Through PVA, she creates space for women to lead with confidence and use their voices for real impact.
