Nancy Friesen Thompson is the founder and president of Crossing Canada Citizenship & Immigration Services Inc. and EZ Photo Inc. A licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Nancy has been dedicated to helping individuals navigate the Canadian immigration system since 2017.
Born in Leamington, Ontario, to immigrant parents from Mexico, Nancy is a proud first-generation Canadian. Her upbringing in a small town exposed her to the challenges faced by newcomers, inspiring her to support those on their immigration journey.
Her deep empathy and commitment to clients have earned her a reputation for offering tailored solutions across a variety of immigration categories. Known for her integrity, compassion, and cultural sensitivity, Nancy is passionate about guiding immigrants through their challenges with dignity and respect.
Nancy has also developed positive relationships with numerous organizations to embrace connections in Canada. She continues to bridge cultures, foster inclusivity and build stronger communities.
In addition to her professional work, Nancy mentors new RCIC licensees, sharing her knowledge and experience to strengthen the field. Outside of work, she values time spent with her family, who inspire her to foster a more inclusive and supportive Canada. Through her work, Nancy aims to create a country where diversity is celebrated, and all newcomers are embraced with open arms.
