Across clinical, educational, and community settings – including schools, psychiatric units, refugee services, and community centres – Najah has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with varied emotional, behavioural, and psychiatric needs. Her person-centred, trauma-responsive approach supports individuals and families navigating complex histories, including domestic violence, systemic adversity, and child protection concerns.
Alongside her clinical and organisational leadership, Najah co-founded a creative community space offering an accessible environment for artistic expression, connection, and emotional exploration. This initiative reflects her commitment to culturally grounded, arts-integrated approaches to healing and community engagement.
