Mohamed Elhaw is a prominent leader in talent management and learning consultancy with over 18 years of experience across 45 countries. He co-founded BrainQuil in 2012, one of the leading learning providers in the region, serving more than 200 organizations. He has delivered over 15,000 hours of coaching and facilitation, positively impacting more than 40,000 learners.
He is also a co-founder of the Educate-Me Foundation, which empowers underprivileged communities in Egypt through self-driven education, impacting 70,000 students, 11,529 educators, and 823 public schools. In addition, he serves as Learning Chair and Board Member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Egypt Cairo Chapter, where he orchestrates impactful learning experiences for entrepreneurs. Previously, he was the Regional Head of Learning at Nokia and a Learning Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on the Continuous Learning Program for over 11,000 employees. He played a key role in the EduEgypt initiative under the Information Technology Institute (ITI) and the Egyptian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, which has impacted over 20,000 students with a 70% job placement rate.
Additionally, he contributed to the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on New Models of Leadership and the Global Agenda Council on Education. During his university years, Mohamed was part of the AIESEC International Talent Management Unit, where he led the execution and rollout of global talent management processes across Africa.
