Michele Grasmick is the President and co-founder of Toothpillow Inc., a telehealth platform transforming pediatric airway health and early orthodontic care. She co-founded the company alongside her best friend, Chad Rasmussen, driven by a shared vision to address sleep-disordered breathing in children. With a background in sales leadership at Vivos Therapeutics, Michele played a pivotal role in the company’s public offering and worked with dental providers nationwide. Her passion for improving children’s health led to the creation of Toothpillow, a model combining appliance therapy and myofunctional therapy. Under her leadership, Toothpillow has treated over 13,000 patients nationwide. Michele is committed to improving the lives of one million children and five million adults over the next five years. She holds an associate degree in Business Management from Colorado State University and is a devoted wife and mother of two.
