Massimo Gnocchi, is an architect and entrepreneur who seamlessly blends intuition with action to create successful ventures. Holding a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan and a background as a software architect, Massimo founded CGMood in 2019. This innovative marketplace caters to architects and designers, offering an automated platform for buying and selling 3D models. Quickly becoming a reference point in the industry, CGMood hit a significant milestone by billing half a million euros last year, demonstrating a keen understanding of designers’ evolving needs.

Massimo’s venture is a testament to his ability to merge his dual expertise, creating a platform that offers high-quality visuals. Today, CGMood is not just a marketplace but a growing team of developers working on integrating AI algorithms and augmented reality functionalities, aiming to triple its revenue in the coming years.

Beyond CGMood, Massimo co-founded The Mountain Refuge in 2020. This project focuses on sustainable “tiny houses” designed to harmonize with natural environments, responding to a pandemic-induced craving for freedom. The initiative has gained international attention, with the first seven houses completed across Europe and the U.S., and plans to expand to Australia and New Zealand.

Massimo also leads the studio Massimo Gnocchi Architects and mentors in the digital startup and architectural sphere. He is launching the CGMood Academy to offer 3D training for architects, artists, and designers. His ethos revolves around embracing change and the courage to innovate, proving that with hard work, opportunities arise, allowing everyone to carve out their own story.
