Currently serving as Acting Director – QS and Cost Management at Mirage Leisure and Development, Manav leads cost consultancy and commercial management across a diverse portfolio. Known for his precision, value engineering expertise, and innovative use of benchmarking and digital tools, he drives cost certainty and value alignment for clients, ensuring transparency and collaboration at every stage of the project lifecycle.
A graduate of the prestigious IIT Bombay with a Master’s in Civil Engineering, Manav’s career includes senior leadership roles at AMANA Group, ASGC Construction, and DAMAC Properties, where he spearheaded contracts and commercial strategies for high-profile developments in the USA, UAE, and Maldives. His analytical rigor, strategic foresight, and ability to perform under pressure have made him a trusted partner for complex, high-value projects.
In addition to his professional achievements, Manav actively contributes to the industry as an RICS Assessment Panel Chair and a Committee Member for AIQS (UAE Branch – International Chapter).
