Madalina Vlad is a Romanian business leader, financial expert, and Founder & CEO of MBV Tax Expert, a company she established in 2017 with the ambition of transforming the traditional relationship between entrepreneurs and their financial advisors. With a professional background in accounting, taxation and business consultancy, she has built her career around a clear belief: financial expertise should go beyond compliance and become a strategic tool for better decisions and sustainable business growth.
Under her leadership, MBV Tax Expert has evolved from an accounting practice into a multidisciplinary advisory business supporting Romanian and international entrepreneurs across accounting, taxation, financial reporting, business structuring and access to non-reimbursable funding. Her work combines technical expertise with digitalisation, proactive advisory and a strong understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face while building and scaling their companies.
Continuous learning and knowledge-sharing are central to Madalina’s professional philosophy. Through the MBV TAX YouTube channel and, more recently, the “Doing Business in Romania” initiative, she translates complex financial, tax and business topics into practical insights, helping entrepreneurs better understand the Romanian business environment and make more informed decisions.
