LEONIDAS DIAMANTOPOULOS

Leonidas Diamantopoulos is the Founder and Group CEO of TechIns Group, a technology group that grew from a specialized insurtech venture into a broader international software and artificial intelligence organization.
He co-founded TechIns in 2021, initially focusing on digital solutions for the insurance industry. One of its first SaaS ventures quickly established a leading position in its niche across Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria, providing the commercial foundation for the company’s wider expansion. Its early experience in building software for complex, highly regulated business environments became the basis for a broader move into SaaS, custom software, automation and artificial intelligence.
Over the following years, Leonidas led the evolution of the business into TechIns Group, bringing together technology ventures, products and specialist teams under a common direction. Today, the Group has a presence across Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania and Colombia, serves more than 2,400 SaaS users and works with a team of over 40 professionals. Its teams have delivered more than 70 custom technology projects across industries including insurance, financial services, healthcare, shipping and retail.
Alongside the Group’s organic growth, Leonidas has developed new ventures and strategic partnerships focused on software, AI and business infrastructure.
His current focus is on strengthening TechIns Group as an internationally scalable technology organization and on building practical AI systems that can move from experimentation into everyday business use.
