Lee Jackson, owner of Chef Jackson, LLC. a New Jersey native, raised in Fayetteville, N.C. by his late grandmother Willie Jackson. His Passion for southern cooking has taken him on a journey around the world, where he has been able to learn and refine his skills in diverse cultures and cuisines.
With an undying commitment to excellence, he strived to create dishes that would tantalize taste buds and bring joy through his food. Lee started his professional career as a line cook at a few high-end restaurants in New York and New Jersey.
Lee eventually relocated to North Carolina and accepted a cook position at Facebook. This role gave him the freedom to focus on his business on the weekends. As the first entrepreneur of his family, he hosted tastings and catered birthday parties and private dinners for locals.
Following his dream, his catering journey led him to local news stations in the eastern and western coast and Food Network’s, Chopped.
After moving to California, he is now thriving as a global celebrity chef, and has learned the importance of professionalism and how much southern hospitality is valued on the west coast. He has the privilege to do what he loves and help the younger generation of Chefs.
