LaTia is a dynamic leader and the Global Manager of Ethics and Compliance at H.B. Fuller, a prominent chemical manufacturing company specializing in adhesives. Armed with a background in Computing, as well as Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management, LaTia’s journey spans over 15 years in IT before dedicating herself to the critical field of Compliance.
In her compliance journey, LaTia has demonstrated thought leadership by writing an article in an award-winning compliance publication. Furthermore, she has shared her expertise by hosting a webinar on Breaking Silos for the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), a certifying body in the field of compliance.
Beyond her professional role, LaTia wears the hat of a servant leader. As an Advisory Board Member of the Illinois Affiliate of Mentor, she contributes to shaping impactful mentorship programs. Additionally, she actively participates in her community by serving on a Mayor-Appointed Committee for her Village. Notably, LaTia is a beacon of resilience as a recent breast cancer survivor. Her advocacy for Triple Negative Breast Cancer is unwavering, and she lends her voice to educate and empower others. As an Angel Advocate for the Tigerlily Foundation, she stands at the forefront of initiatives aimed at raising awareness and supporting those affected by breast cancer. LaTia’s journey exemplifies leadership, compassion, and a commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
