With 20+ years of building world-class corporation and developing the accounting, finance, project management, IT, HR… departments, Katy Doan is an executive leader with a proven track record of executing strategic vision and driving organizational performance across firm operations, business development and finance management at global corporation ($32 billion) as an CFO. Katy built and led all financial strategic plans and played an instrumental role in all aspects of the business related to the corporation expansion, ranging from the Merger & Acquisition of 20 companies around the globe and also increased the number of 98 locations in US, up to 10000 people.
With her first MBA at 23 years old, as an alumni, Katy was the youngest Professor for Vietnam National University – High School for the Gifted (top 1%). Katy receives her Master of Science in Accounting from University of St. Thomas (Honors Accounting Society) and now pursues her Doctor of Educational Leadership & Executive MBA from Rice University.
She is also an Entrepreneur with her own Consulting firm, a global speaker in some popular conferences for Project Management, Finance, Accounting & Strategy & a researcher with some articles in Gifted Children, Higher Education.
