As Co-Founder and President of XPF Group Inc., Josh Mansbridge has built one of the Tri-City region’s leading exterior renovation companies by redefining what exceptional customer service looks like in the industry. With more than 15 years of experience, Josh recognized early in his career that many companies treated projects as transactions rather than opportunities to build lasting relationships with homeowners.
Driven by a vision to create something different, Josh and his business partner founded XPF with a clear purpose: to build a company grounded in trust, communication, craftsmanship, and community connection. Under his leadership, XPF has won several local awards and earned a reputation for delivering high-quality exterior renovation solutions while building meaningful relationships that extend well beyond the completion of each project.
This people-first philosophy has fueled significant year-over-year growth and shaped Josh’s long-term vision for expansion. His goal is to establish 20 individually operated partner locations, empowering skilled, entrepreneurial professionals within the exterior renovation industry to build successful businesses through XPF’s proven systems and support model. This unique business model allows XPF to grow substantially while supporting key individuals who want to be part of a business and create something special for themselves and their families. Josh is passionate about creating opportunities for others to grow, succeed, and become leaders in their own communities.
Outside of business, Josh is a devoted family man who lives with his partner, Jessi, and their two sons, Gunar and Kilian. His leadership reflects the same values he brings to both business and family: integrity, commitment, and a commitment to building strong foundations for the future.
