Joelynne Radbourne (BSN’12) (MN-NP’19) is a nurse practitioner (NP) who believes in providing holistic patient centered care specializing in women’s health. After 12 years of working as a Registered Nurse, she realized the health disparities and inequality women faced when seeking healthcare access in Rural Saskatchewan. Therefore, Joelynne saught to change this narrative by creating the first women’s health focus private practice in Saskatchewan; a safe, comfortable environemeny where women could seek treatment from female only practitioners. Opening Vaida Health in November of 2023.
In April 2021, Radbourne was recognized by the International Nurses Association as a Top Nurse Practitioner and has been featured in the Alumna Spotlight by the College of Nursing at University of Saskatchewan. She currently sits on the provincial council for the College of Registered Nurses in Saskatchewan, the curriculum advisory board for the College of Nursing, University of Saskatchewan and was recognized by the International Society of Female Professionals in 2024 for the demonstration of excellence in her professional accomplishments.
