Ivan Čanović is one of the leading young managers in Montenegro, working for myWorld International since 2012. He has received master in Economics, studying in both Montenegro and Austria. He is also a husband and father of 4 years old son.
He has started working in shopping community company for loyalty program outsourcing since their opening in Montenegro as Sales manager, helping in clients negotiation and acquisition. Since February 2018 he has taken on the role of Managing director of the company, leading the team of 5 employees and over 100 external sales agents.
Some of the Key career achievements of this accomplished Business Executive, who effectively built and managed various teams and businesses, are: Led outsourcing loyalty program with 85k members, which is nearly 15% of the country’s population, Created and developed business relationships with 400+ SMEs and large corporations, generated over €15M of yearly revenues to partners, and succeeded to be the first per capita in the Southeast Europe region.
He was a Board member of his hometown Football club „Buducnost“ from 2018 to 2020.
Ivan is also talented Public Speaker and Trainer who held talks and training sessions in front of hundreds of attendees, presenting company’s business results across the region.
