Hassan El Sinbawy is an accomplished management consultant and business leader with over 19 years of experience in architecture, construction, and project management across Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as General Manager and Management Consultant at Integrated Consultations Company (ICC), a distinguished multidisciplinary consultancy established in 1958 and renowned for its enduring legacy in architecture, engineering, and healthcare design across the region.
Hassan’s career is defined by early leadership and strategic resilience. He began his managerial journey in 2012 as Development Manager at Green Coast Enterprises in Dubai, where he led landmark real-estate projects and development initiatives. At 32, he became Director of Construction Management at ICC, and two years later, was appointed General Manager.
His experience encompasses strategic development of company direction, guiding organizations through complex market landscapes and transformational growth. During some of Egypt’s most turbulent economic periods – including the COVID-19 pandemic, currency devaluation, and national financial crises – Hassan successfully led and delivered major, high-value projects whose investment capital was at serious risk. Through strategic restructuring, negotiation, and operational management, he increased the company’s investment and asset value, expanded working capital, and doubled the team headcount.
Even through the difficult times of COVID, Hassan led the renovation and transformation of multiple hospitals as part of the Comprehensive Health Insurance and “Hayat Kareema” (Decent Life) initiatives -both nationwide national projects with multi-billion dollar budgets. He also established multiple medical equipment factories currently under construction and secured new projects in Saudi Arabia, expanding ICC’s regional footprint.
