Just call him Goyo. Goyo (Gregory Schipilliti) diverse background, from his early years growing up in the farmlands of Madrid, suburbs of New Jersey, to now his current FinTech leadership role, has shaped his unique business perspective.
He is currently the Director of International for DailyPay, the leading worktech platform and an industry leading provider of earned wage access for workers to simplify and optimize their working lives, earn more and better manage the money they make.
With a passion for financial empowerment and wellness, Goyo plays a key role in driving DailyPay’s mission powering daily opportunities for workers and their employers.

His leadership is reflected in helping create industry leading Finance, Strategic Office, and International Departments with robust operational foundations; streamlining initiatives such as but not limited to, financial forecasting/planning, organizational goal alignment, and operational efficiency across global markets.
One of Goyo’s proudest professional moments is establishing groundbreaking Employee Resource Groups redefining workplace inclusion at DailyPay. He co-founded DailyVida, the Latino/Hispanic ERG which strengthened professional development pathways within the community. He also co-founded DailyCare, the Parent/Caretaker ERG, which introduces comprehensive support systems for employees with caregiving responsibilities.
His experience reinforces the value of varied viewpoints and inclusive practices in driving sustainable growth. The measurable results of his leadership extend beyond traditional metrics, but he reminds folks, his focus will almost always be, primarily win, with results.
