Gergana Grancharova is the definition of what a successful entrepreneur should be and serves like a real inspiration to the young people who are on the pursuit of making their dreams come true.
Gergana started working at the age of 14 dealing mainly with marketing and sales, because she truly believes that if you want to be a successful entrepreneur it’s crucial to be able to sell both your ideas and yourself well. At the age of 21 she founded LeadersPlay – a company that offers digital products and offline trainings for children ages between 7 and 19 in the sphere of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and the development of personal skills. In November 2017 she has decided to start offering LeadersPlay’s intellectual property as a worldwide franchise and focus her whole time and attention to a true passion of hers – video games. In August 2018 she co-founded the game production company – Incineration Productions, which is the most progressive and fast expanding independent game development studio in Bulgaria. Now Gergana is on a mission of putting Incineration Productions on the worldwide map, showing that even a young woman from a small country, can succeed in business, when she believes in her dreams and has the right team behind her back.
Gergana holds two bachelor’s degrees in “Business Administration” and “Financial Management”, as well as a master’s degree in “Financial Management and Marketing”. Meanwhile she participated in a significant number of trainings and got a lot of certificates and qualifications, part of which in the area of management, entrepreneurship, and sales. She also earned a third qualification level in “Economics”, majoring in “Trading”.
