Her journey took an exciting detour into the world of professional modeling, where she strutted down runways for fashion icons like Manish Malhotra and JJ Valaya. Fozia’s flair earned her the Best Female Catwalk Model award at numerous shows, proving that walking the walk was something she did—literally and figuratively. Oh, and let’s not forget 2009 when she was crowned Ms. UAE Talented. She’s not one to brag, but the crown sure sparkled.
But life, as it turns out, had other plans. After years of success in event sales, Fozia faced redundancy in 2020 during the pandemic. While many would have seen it as a setback, Fozia saw an open door—into the world of shipping. Starting from April 2020, she charted a new course, rising through the ranks with the same determination that carried her down those runways. Today, she holds the title of General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Exceed Shipping / Martrans Group, proving that the seas of change can indeed be navigated with grace, grit, and just a bit of glamour.
