Filip Damjanovski is the General Manager of TERMALIFT, a leading company specializing in intralogistics transport solutions, including forklifts, pallet trucks, elevators, and warehouse safety systems. With a career that began at the age of 16 as a forklift painter and assistant mechanic during summer holidays, Filip has cultivated a deep understanding of the industry by progressively taking on various roles within the company. His journey through marketing, sales, and business development has afforded him invaluable insights, allowing him to excel in every position he held before rising to the rank of General Manager.
In his current role, Filip oversees a team of over 60 professionals while spearheading initiatives to expand TERMALIFT’s presence in neighboring markets. Under his leadership, the company has become the exclusive dealer for TOYOTA machinery across North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo, securing a leading market share and a growing customer base. Filip’s success is attributed to his strong work ethic, discipline, and an innate drive to push beyond limits. His collaboration with industry leaders within the TOYOTA MATERIAL HANDLING network has facilitated numerous in-depth training sessions focused on management, sales, and customer relations. Notably, Filip has participated in extensive training programs in Japan, which have equipped him with insights into innovative business practices and the renowned Japanese management style.
