Feryal Moghraby is a leading advocate for women’s empowerment and youth job creation, with over a decade of dedicated service in the NGO sector. She holds a Master’s degree in NGO Management from Sorbonne Paris and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Negotiations from Paris XI, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Political and Administrative Science.
As the director of Farah Social Foundation, Feryal spearheads initiatives designed to empower women and youth by creating sustainable job opportunities and supporting startup. Her leadership has been pivotal in helping numerous women and young entrepreneurs establish and expand their businesses, promoting economic independence and resilience.
In her capacity as a Regional Expert for NGOi, an initiative of the American University of Beirut (AUB), Feryal specializes in capacity building for civil society organizations (CSOs) across the Arab region. Her work focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of organizations that are dedicated to similar goals of empowerment and development.
Feryal’s international consulting and training experience spans Libya, Tunisia, Iraq, and Jordan, where she has delivered impactful programs that address the specific needs of women and youth in these regions. Her expertise in job creation and business development has significantly contributed to the growth and sustainability of NGOs focused on social change.
