As the founder and Managing Director of Lebaladna Development Foundation, she has dedicated nearly two decades to transforming lives across Egypt. What began in 2006 as a humble initiative has grown into a self-sustained force that impacts over 1,000,000 beneficiaries through education, healthcare, housing, and more. For Engy, it’s not just about providing aid – it’s about creating a ripple effect of empowerment and unity.
Lebaladna is built on the belief that real change happens when people come together. Engy’s approach is to strengthen not just individuals, but the social fabric that binds communities. One of her core missions is to develop future leaders, turning potential into purpose by building skills and inspiring young people to take charge of their futures.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering from MSA University, validated by the University of Greenwich, Engy discovered her true passion for human resources. She pursued an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, an MSc in Human Resources, and is now a PhD researcher. With over 17 years of experience, she has excelled in strategic HR management, operations, and leadership development.
