Eman Ahmed Abdelaziz

Chief Business Development Officer, Misr University For Science and Technology (MUST)

Eman Abdelaziz is a business development leader with over 15 years of experience, focused on promoting Egypt as a competitive, attractive destination for higher education and advanced healthcare.

In her role as Chief Business Development Officer at Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST), Eman has been at the forefront of positioning Egypt as a preferred choice for students from the MENA region and Africa. Her work isn’t just about enrollment—it’s about creating awareness, building trust, and showcasing Egypt’s academic and cultural value to the region.

To make higher education in Egypt more accessible, Eman led the establishment of regional offices for MUST, helping students and their families engage with the university more easily and confidently. These offices have played a key role in building stronger ties with communities across the region.

Eman also travels across MENA and Africa to speak directly with high school students – helping them explore academic options and making sure they see Egypt not only as a place to study, but as a place where they can thrive. Her personal, hands-on approach has had a direct impact on how Egypt is viewed as an education destination.

Beyond education, Eman serves as a board member at Souad Kafafi University Hospital, where she works to connect healthcare innovation with patient-centered systems and education.

Her mission is clear: to promote Egypt’s strengths, open new pathways for international students, and contribute to a more connected and competitive regional future.
