In 2024, she founded the Baltic-Nordic Technical Offshore & Hydrogen Summit, a visionary forum designed to unite engineers, developers, policymakers, and academia around the technical challenges and opportunities in offshore wind and green hydrogen infrastructure. Launched upon rising urgency for cross-border collaboration in the Baltic Sea region, the summit now serves as a platform to address port readiness, logistics innovation, and hydrogen deployment across Northern Europe.
With an MBA and completed PhD studies in Global Business Administration, she combines academic insight with real-world execution. Her work supports marshalling port development, large-scale wind energy infrastructure, and engineering solutions, all vital to a sustainable energy transition.
