Daniela Soviček is an entrepreneur and financial strategist who has built a solid framework of financial governance and digital processes at Simpak Group. Her focus on financial control and efficiency delivered significant profit growth and long-term stability, resulting in the company being ranked 10th among the Top 99 companies in Croatia within its industry sector for 2024.
Beyond finance, Daniela is the creator of Simpak’s marketing strategy, positioning the company as one of the most trusted brands in Southeast Europe in its industry sector. Together with her husband, she has played a key role in achieving Simpak’s international success, expanding its reputation across multiple markets and establishing long-term partnerships based on reliability and innovation. Under her strategic direction, Simpak became an active member of numerous professional associations across the SEE region, earning a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and sustainable business practices.
Simpak is widely recognized for its strong commitment to the green transition and circular economy, actively supporting companies, particularly major retail chains in implementing sustainability standards in line with EU environmental regulations. Daniela plays a central role in promoting this transformation, ensuring that sustainability remains a core pillar of Simpak’s growth and market differentiation.
She is strongly dedicated to team development and socially responsible initiatives, acting as a supporter and donor of multiple sports clubs and public institutions. In collaboration with a school in Bordeaux, she also fosters international cooperation through professional internships that promote cross-border learning and practical experience.

Daniela holds a degree in E-Business from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and later specialized in Accounting and Financial Controlling.
