Doc. Dr. Damir Muhić is the Founder and President of the Board of Directors of Aptha Corporation consisted of 22 companies working in various industries with more than 1600 employees. Doc. Dr. Muhić is also holding the positions of the Chair of the Board of MS&Wood Company, Chief Executive Officer of Standard Furniture Company, member of the Board of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the president of the association of furniture makers. Under his leadership the APTHA Corporation has achieved industry-leading growth in the wider SEE region, Central and Northern Europe expending its operations in more than 20 countries worldwide.
Doc. Dr. Muhić was born and raised in 1984 in Višegrad, Bosnia and Herzegovina, eastern part of the country, where he spent his early childhood. He was raised in a working family and involved in family business from the early age. He continued his elementary and secondary education in Germany where he gains his first professional skills simultaneously pursuing his academic career.
