Cristina Drăgan is part of the new generation of young European leaders who are reshaping the rules of the game in sustainability and environmental protection. With an impressive career in Romania and abroad, built on passion, rigor, professional and personal development, hard work, and vision, she founded EUXIN GREEN as a one-stop-shop company dedicated to environmental consulting, auditing, and innovative solutions for the transition to a green economy, fully aligned with Romanian and European legislation.
Specialized in ESG, DNSH, CBAM, ESRS and CSRD reporting standards, climate change adaptation, and more, Cristina supports both Romanian private companies and foreign businesses operating in Romania in turning complex regulations into a strategic advantage. Under her leadership, EUXIN GREEN has become a trusted partner for organizations that aim not only to comply with Romanian and European standards but also to build responsible and sustainable growth, entrusting the full scope of environmental responsibilities to EUXIN GREEN. The company also provides services related to environmental, veterinary (DSV), and public health (DSP) authorizations, importer licenses for EEE & B&A, waste management, the deposit-return system (through partnerships with GS1 and RetuRO SGR), as well as reporting to OIREPs and monthly tax declarations to the Environmental Fund Administration.
For Cristina, success is not measured solely by concrete results and figures, but also by how people feel when they are part of a team. She believes sustainability and environmental protection begin with responsibility at both the individual and collective level. The colleagues who accompany her on this mission are passionate professionals who enjoy what they do and feel inspired and motivated by her leadership style. At just 35 years old, she has already learned that business success is impossible without a strong team and also that the limit of any business is its leader. This is why she continuously invests in her team and her personal and professional growth at some of the world’s top international schools.
Recognized for her ability to connect with people and companies, as well as to build bridges between the private sector and public authorities, Cristina is admired for combining strategic vision with personal inspiration. She is a powerful voice of the new generation of leaders shaping the future of the green economy, both nationally and through her presence in Brussels at the European level.
Being named an Honoree among the Business Elite’s “40 Under 40” business leaders in Europe for 2025 is a testament to Cristina Drăgan’s unwavering commitment to excellence, authenticity, and real impact.
