As CEO and Chair of multiple award-winning organizations including the TOPP KIDS Foundation, ELCC & Community Development, TOPP KIDS Out Of School Clubs and provincial advisory organization the School Age Care Directors Association (SACDA), Cody is dedicated to developing the Early Learning and Child Care sector by providing strategic leadership through policy, advocacy, professional development, and cross-sector partnerships. With over a decade of experience, he empowers educators, families, and communities, hosting Canada’s largest school-age care conference and fostering networks committed to innovation and excellence. Recently welcomed into the Alberta Leaders’ Caucus, and Canadian Childcare Federation, Cody focuses on elevating standards of care while acting as a voice for the sector, creating a recognized, nurturing environment for future generations of children and educators across Canada.
