A highly versatile Human Resources leader with over 13 years in Organizational Transformation, Catherine has a proven track record of fostering and leading high performing teams in fast-paced international environments. She holds extensive experience in the full spectrum of HR in various industries – including Hospitality, Retail, Automotive and Manufacturing.
Catherine joined Bridgestone Middle East Africa in 2021. She has been contributing to streamlining and optimizing core Human Resources processes, DE&I, Digitalization and Talent and Leadership Development and Employee Engagement. She is now Head of Human Resources for Bridgestone Middle East & Africa overlooking MEA region.
She began her career with Marriott International in Egypt in 2015 and climbed up the corporate ladder through her dedication and zeal, progressing through various roles across MENA region. Catherine over the years worked with different businesses in various leadership roles in the Human Resources across GCC and MEA.
Born and raised in Egypt, Catherine has bachelor’s in mass-communication and holds Human Resources Management Diploma from CIPD and SHRM and is a member of CIPD.
