Carson Grant, Dealer Principal of Stellantis Dealer Comox Valley Dodge on Vancouver Island, is a trailblazer in the automotive industry. Since entering the field in 2006, he has defied industry norms with innovative business and marketing strategies, alongside impactful community initiatives.
Formerly a talented hockey player, Carson’s journey took an unexpected turn at 19 when he had to abandon his dream due to repeat concussions. Embracing his father’s invitation to join the automotive industry, Carson excelled from the get-go, selling a vehicle on day one.
At the age of 36 years old he’s partnered in at Comox Valley Dodge and is now Managing Partner and Dealer Principal. Currently overseeing a team of 50+ in Western Canada’s largest indoor showroom, Carson distinguishes himself with ethical business practices and a commitment to doing what’s right, even at a potential loss.
Beyond business success, Carson leads his team in impactful community initiatives through “CVD Cares,” Comox Valley Dodge’s philanthropic division. The initiatives have reached new heights in the past few years, including the successful Community Champions Gala, which raised over $32,000 for local non-profits supporting the unhoused community in the Comox Valley. Despite potential skepticism, Carson remains dedicated to giving back within his community, embodying his favorite quote: “There are a lot of good people in the world; if you can’t find one, then make sure you are being one.”
