I am Bouchra Assakkour. I come from a modest family of Moroccan immigrants, my parents left their native land in the 70s. In this adopted country, they had big dreams for their 5 daughters, encouraging us tirelessly to continue our studies and to become the best version of ourselves.
I grew up in a suburb, a home where education was valued and where the beautiful values of Islam were transmitted: tolerance, sharing and altruism. School was for me a way to change my social status. My dream was to become an air hostess But, fate decided otherwise. In 2016, I’ve to stop my studies for personal reasons. I was plunged into a deep depression.
August 2018, a certain Nathalie Peyrucain, a dedicated social worker, recognized my big potential she offered me a golden opportunity: to integrate a license 3 in business management IUT of Aix-Marseille. I took this chance with strength and determination. September 2019, joined the Master in public management at IMPGT Aix-en-Provence. I decided to settle there, I fully blossomed there then the 2020 pandemic and the lockdowns … Has totally changed my life! I obtained in a business school a Master’s degree in human resources management (July 2022), and since March 2020 I am an entrepreneur, the founder of BA CONSULTING RH recruitment firm specializing in Retail Industry. I recruit executives and supervisors for major French markets: Auchan, Hyper U, Carrefour, the Albert SA Group or the Dejean Group. Finally, in March 2022 was incubated by Entrepreneur dons la Ville, my business continues to grow and develop until today. The best revenge: believe in yourself and do what makes you happy.
