Bava Srinivasan is a dynamic business leader, serial entrepreneur, Speaker and mentor, currently serving as a Senior Executive in the telecom industry, overseeing product sales across the Americas. Originally from Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, Bava moved to Canada in 2007 as a student. He earned his undergraduate degree in Electronics and Controls from Cape Breton University, paving the way for his successful career in technology and business.
Beyond his corporate role, Bava is an award-winning real estate investor and Founder of Rise Investments, based in Montreal. He is also the Co-owner of R&B Properties, managing a diverse portfolio of apartment buildings, room rentals, and single-family homes in Nova Scotia and Montreal. Additionally, he is actively involved in the hospitality industry as the Co-owner of a thriving restaurant in downtown Montreal and is part of the Care Home Investors Group, acquiring care and group homes across Canada.
Passionate about personal development and community building, Bava hosts the popular Instagram series ‘Let’s Grow Together Live,’ sharing insights on mindset, business, and success. He has also led mindset retreats, coached individuals on public speaking, and continues to sharpen his communication skills as a dedicated member of Toastmasters.
