At just 21, he launched his first hospitality venture as there was a critical gap he observed across the industry that would define his career’s next chapter.
Recognizing that businesses struggled to find great workers that truly understood the demands of hospitality, Anthony founded Talent Employment with a clear mission: deliver solutions tailored to each client’s unique challenges. Today, as the Director, he brings that same precision and client-first approach that defined his early success. Talent Employment is the leading hospitality staffing company in Canada servicing all the major hotel brands. The future for Talent is to continue the expansion into the United States delivering the same great service.
A graduate of George Brown College, Anthony deepened his passion for hospitality and service excellence – principles that extend beyond his business. Always looking to broaden his horizons, he recently attended EHL Hospitality Business School in Switzerland, the world’s top-ranked institution for hospitality management, to further enhance his business acumen.
Throughout his 25+ year career, Anthony has partnered with numerous non-profit organizations, consistently prioritizing community impact alongside business growth. For him, success isn’t measured solely in placements made or businesses served – it’s in the relationships built and the communities strengthened along the way.
