As General Manager of Pappas Auto Magyarország in Budapest, she leads with clarity, energy and purpose – driving business performance while fostering a culture centered on health, resilience and human potential.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning Finance, IT, legal affairs and process management, Andrea has established herself as a forward-thinking leader capable of navigating complex organizational challenges in international environments. Before assuming her current position, she served as Head of Strategic Controlling, spearheading key transformation initiatives within the automotive sector, as well as General Manager of a commercial vehicle importer in Bulgaria.
Her achievements include the successful implementation of several new IT programs and the development of an innovative employee health management program which dramatically reduced sickness leave and lowered employee fluctuation to below 10%. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that sustainable success is achieved when strategic planning is combined with strong mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Beyond the corporate world, she draws strength and inspiration from outdoor sports like trail running, mountaineering and horse riding – passions that reflect her dynamic mindset and determination, while endurance and a strong trust in her partners with a high team-work-focus form a strong basis for her work.
