Dascalescu Alina, a self-taught entrepreneur, is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner for OFC Molecular LLC, a nutraceutical company, founded in 2016 in the U.S., with headquarters in Bucharest, Romania. The company crafts a selection of advanced, natural, lifestyle products that work synergistically with a healthy diet, exercise and overall wellness and was the first to design and implement on Amazon complementary product packages for a new customer experience, under its own brand Youth & Tonic.
Currently she leads the company’s expansion strategy into new markets: China, Australia, Singapore and Europe and focuses as well on new product development, being also a member of Women In Nutraceuticals NPO.
She is the President of For Good NGO and promotes the values of equal opportunity for members of the community and, in the same time advocates activities and programs especially designed to combat social exclusion. The organization is currently running a project – UA Made In RO – built to support Ukrainian entrepreneurs of small businesses that were forced to move out of their country and are now looking for opportunities and a new life in Romania. Therefore, she was invited to take part and be a member of the working group Livelihoods & Economic Inclusion organized by the United Nations Refugee Agency in Romania.
Former journalist and fashion stylist, Alina is above all a dedicated humanitarian activist. She learned that doing good and helping others is undoubtedly the most important aspect of life.
