Adina Yankov, MPEd., BCBA, RBA (Ont.), IBA, is a registered behaviour analyst, entrepreneur, and systems-builder focused on improving access to care, education, and community support for neurodivergent children and their families. As a serial founder, she has launched and leads several organizations and initiatives across the clinical, educational, nonprofit, and technology sectors, including Mount Etna Child & Family Services, Mount Etna Global Behaviour Academy (MEGBA), her charity, the Embers for Access Foundation, and SummitClient, an emerging SaaS platform designed for multidisciplinary health organizations.
With a background in Applied Behaviour Analysis and equity studies, Adina has built and scaled innovative programs across the Greater Toronto Area, supporting autistic children and families through her leadership in therapy, inclusive education, caregiver coaching, and community programming.
Under her leadership, Mount Etna Child & Family Services expanded from a single clinic into a multi-site organization serving families across Durham Region and Toronto within its first three years. Through Embers for Access Foundation, a registered Canadian charity she founded, she advocates for reducing financial and systemic barriers to therapy and support services, particularly for families navigating long waitlists and inconsistent funding access.
Adina is currently leading the international development of MEGBA (Mount Etna Global Behaviour Academy) and the continued growth of her educational, charitable, and technology ventures.
